Solve the problem:
Before installation, choose a power supply with good quality and power access. If this occurs after use, separate the power supply from the reader and the card reader. Add a power supply to the reader to supply power separately.

2. Why does the access control card reader suddenly read the card and the sensing distance becomes slow?
Exclude the issue:
The first step: whether the card reader is installed on the metal Step 2: Check whether the card reader is used to enter or exit the card.
The reader is mounted on metal, because the metal has a shielding function, and part of the radio waves emitted by the reader are shielded by the metal. Such as access to swipe, two readers installed too close to the same problem will occur, the two readers emit waves at the same time, the interference between the waves will cause slow reading, too close will not read the card.
Solve the problem:
Observe the installation environment of the card reader during installation, such as the metal behind the card reader. When installing the card reader, install a plastic plate behind the card reader (special material).
To access the card, the two card readers should be staggered by 30cm. If the conditions do not allow, a shield plate must be installed on one of the card readers.

3. Why do some glass door locks have been used for a period of time?

4. Why can't the card reading device and software connect to communicate?
Exclude the issue:
First, first check whether the communication converter is damaged. Second, check whether the circuit has a short circuit. Third, check the card device communication module is not damaged. Cause:
The first step to check if the communication converter is broken is for two reasons: 1. The quality of the communication converter, 2. There is a strong static electricity on the communication line.
The second step is to use a multimeter to check the line. If the short circuit shows that the line is damaged, the third step is to read the card device. The communication module is bad to see if the power is too high or there is a strong static electricity in the communication line.
The communication converter is replaced with a new one, for example, if there is static electricity on the line, it must be replaced with an external power supply.
If the communication line is short-circuited, be sure to remove it. Otherwise, the communication module of the card reading device will be damaged. 5. Why can't one card suddenly read the card reader?
