(4) Visitor Management
Channel control through the channel gate controls visitor access. After obtaining feedback from the respondents, the receptionist creates a visitor card through the card-issuing equipment. Visitors are photographed and their identity image information is stored in the database. The receptionist then uses the information returned by the respondent to open the corresponding permissions to the visitor (such as elevator access, room access, restaurant consumption, etc.) and visitors. After the information such as the visitor's identity information and visitor's permission is entered, the card is automatically issued by the automatic card dispensing machine. Visitors enter the building through the access gate of the building by opening a visitor card with the corresponding authority; when the visit is over, visitors pass through the gate to exit the building and set up a “temporary card” automatic card receiving device at the exit of the access gate. The authority visitor inserts the visitor card into the automatic card receiving machine to receive the card and read the card out of the building. When the excess card or the timed guest card enters the card receiving device, the channel gate is yellow and an alarm sound is sent to inform the staff to deal with the situation. At the same time as visitors enter and exit the entrance gate of the building, the camera above the barrier gate also photographs the visitors and records information to save the database.
Of course, the self-driving visitor enters the building and the parking card is issued by the garage automatic card feeder at the entrance of the garage parking lot. Visitors only need to give the parking card to the reception staff to open the corresponding authority, without issuing the card twice, and the visitor who drives the visitor himself. The card can be taken back by the parking system. The automatic issuing of cards to the visitors and the automatic closing of the access gates greatly improve the management efficiency and increase the overall safety of the building.
